Job Summary
Direct occupational therapy services in Life Care Centers of America facilities, providing therapy within a skilled nursing/post-acute setting. Follow established OT treatment plans, establish and modify goals, supervise OTAs and rehab aides, chart accurately, use therapy software, deliver exceptional patient care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary needs. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies, demonstrate professional conduct, and participate in ongoing education and career development.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire
