Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)

Direct rehab care as an Occupational Therapist to patients per physician referral. Follow occupational treatment plans; establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals; oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students; chart appropriately and timely; utilize therapy software; provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure patient rights, safety, and confidentiality, adhere to Life Care policies and codes of conduct; participate in community health matters as appropriate; demonstrate dependability, good attendance, and strong communication while supporting activities of daily living and patient needs.
