Job Summary
OT provides direct occupational therapy rehab to patients per physician referral, develops and follows measurable treatment goals, oversees OTAs and rehab staff, documents in therapy software, communicates with patients and families, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and adheres to Life Care policies; requires NBCOT, state licensure, BSOT or MSOT, CPR, and strong computer skills; 1 year experience preferred, new grads welcome; must participate in community health projects and demonstrate professional conduct.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
