Job Summary
OT - Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care to patients in an acute/post-acute setting following physician referrals. Establish, assess, and modify functional goals; supervise OTAs and Rehab Aides; chart appropriately and timely; use therapy software; deliver excellent customer service; maintain patient rights, safety, & confidentiality; collaborate within an interdisciplinary team; demonstrate strong body mechanics and professional conduct; participate in community health initiatives and adhere to Life Care policies.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Active state licensure in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire (or during orientation)
