Job Summary
Direct rehabilitation services as an Occupational Therapist (OT) to residents per physician referral in Life Care Center of Hilo. Provide evidence-based OT treatments, follow established treatment plans, establish and modify functional goals, oversee OTAs and Rehab Aides, and document progress. Maintain patient rights, safety, and confidentiality; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; utilize therapy software; and demonstrate professional integrity and adherence to Life Care’s Code of Conduct. Eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus; new grads are welcome to apply and may receive structured mentorship and ongoing development.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Current state licensure
- Active license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
