Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)

Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in Life Care Centers of America SNFs, delivering post-acute and long-term rehabilitation within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include following OT treatment plans, establishing and modifying functional goals, supervising OTAs and Rehab Aides, charting timely, utilizing therapy software, delivering excellent patient service, and contributing to patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
