Job Summary
OT provides direct rehab care following physician referral, establishes and follows realistic goals, oversees OTAs and rehab aides, charts appropriately, utilizes therapy software, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver occupational therapy aligned with Life Care standards; requires NBCOT certification upon hire, active state licensure, and CPR, with a preference for up to 1 year of experience and potential for leadership growth.
Required Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate of accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire
- One (1) year experience preferred
