Job Summary
Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides intermittent in-home occupational therapy to patients in their residences under physician orders and plan of care, under the direction of the Director of Nursing, as part of CMS’s Home Care team. The role requires graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program and licensure/certification, with a minimum of six months of experience, and offers health benefits, paid time off, 401K, uniforms, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination or currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- At least six (6) months’ experience
