Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care, and collaborate with physicians and a multi-disciplinary team. Role involves ensuring safety for residents and nursing staff, communicating with nursing and other departments, and maintaining a professional image while delivering person-centered care and supporting residents, families, and team members. Shifts available include Full Time days (7a-7p), Part Time nights (7p-7a), and PRN; benefits include comprehensive health plans, 401(k), PTO, DailyPay access, and tuition support. Location: Middletown, OH; opportunities across home health, hospice, or facility-based care within Otterbein SeniorLife.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio RN license
- CPR certification
- Experience: at least 6 months of direct care nursing practice (long term care preferred)
