Registered Nurses needed for Visits and Shifts in Winter Garden, Florida 34787

Perform skilled nursing visits including start of care, wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments. Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support while monitoring and documenting their condition and progress. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA. Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols during all visits. Valid RN or LPN Florida license, BLS certification, and required CEUS are mandatory. Candidates must possess a physical health form, TB test results, Level 2 background clearance, and speak English clearly. A good driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance are required. Pay rates vary based on patient care plans. We offer W2 or 1099 employment options.
