Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on medical, surgical, cardiac, and renal wards by performing comprehensive clinical assessments and managing complex recovery pathways. Ensure patient safety and promote rehabilitation while navigating fast-paced ward turnover and emergency situations within a multidisciplinary team. Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate strong adaptability in dynamic clinical environments. Full-time and part-time positions with flexible 24/7 rotating rosters are available across Greenslopes Private Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year's post graduate experience in acute nursing
- Minimum 12 months post-grad experience working as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse in an acute hospital setting (medical preferred)
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- Enrolled Nurses must be IV qualified and medication endorsed
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergency situations
- Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situations
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Nurses: A base hourly rate of $39.96 - $54.01 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 Gr1-Gr8*)
