Registered Nurse - YNHH

Provide nursing care on a unit under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator; serve as preceptor and charge nurse; supervise non‐RN personnel; assess and plan patient care, implement and evaluate care, and coordinate with the healthcare team; develop individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement; perform neuro assessments and airway management, including care for trached patients and ventilated patients; demonstrate knowledge of neuro procedures, halo brace devices, ECMO concepts, and post-operative cardiac/surgical patient care; educate patients and families and ensure smooth department operations; maintain adherence to unit policies and nursing standards.
