Job Summary
Conduct required supervisory visits for clients every two weeks across multiple cities in the Metro Atlanta area. Perform nursing assessments, review client plans of care, and evaluate caregiver performance while ensuring documentation is completed accurately using Georgia-specific forms. Communicate with clients, families, and agency leadership regarding changes in condition or compliance concerns. Maintain a minimum workload of 15 hours per week and submit mileage documentation according to agency procedures. Travel locally and regionally with reimbursement for approved business mileage.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple cities
- Current automobile insurance
- Minimum 15 hours per week
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Comfortable communicating with clients, families, caregivers, and agency leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Previous home care, home health, private duty nursing, Medicaid, or supervisory experience
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Experience with electronic documentation/EVV systems
