Job Summary
Charge RN for Weekend Work Program at Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City. Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with premium pay for weekend commitment. Responsible for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and collaborates with the health care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrates proficiency in policies and procedures, and adheres to organizational guidelines. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience
