Job Summary
The position requires expertise in the care and management of patients with wound, ostomy, and continence needs, providing clinical resources and consultations as part of a Magnet®-designated hospital. Responsibilities include direct patient care, education, and protocol development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Graduation from a WOCN-accredited wound, ostomy and continence (WOC) nursing education program
- Current State of PA RN licensure or Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- CPR certification
- Act 34, 33, 73 Criminal Background Clearance Certificates
Desired Qualifications
- Current certification in tri-specialty (CWOCN) by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board
- MSN
- Two to four years of recent, relevant nursing experience
