Registered Nurse Wound Care

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient delivery while managing time and resources. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of all activities. Maintain legal and ethical standards, integrate regulatory requirements into practice, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and providers. BSN required; BLS certification mandatory. Full-time, on-site role at Intmountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana.
