Job Summary
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized wound care treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments; perform detailed wound evaluations including staging and measurement; monitor, document, and communicate changes in wound status and overall patient condition; execute physician and nursing orders related to wound treatments, advanced dressings, and therapeutic interventions; demonstrate strong IV/infusion skills and comfortable with EMR documentation in outpatient wound care settings.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in Indiana
- BLS Provider Certification
- RN credentialed by Indiana Board of Nursing
- Diploma from accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent licensure
