Registered Nurse - Woodridge Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing

Deliver personalized, resident-centered care across long-term care, memory care, and sub-acute rehab units while building meaningful relationships with residents and families. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, providers, and therapists to support complex care settings, participating in dementia training and expanding clinical skills. Prioritize dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being within a supportive team culture that fosters collaboration and respect. No on-call rotation required. Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont and appropriate experience in the specific clinical area are required.
