Registered Nurse - Womens Surgery and Couplet Care

Assume care of stable postpartum patients and newborns following recovery, typically beginning around 2 hours of life. Perform ongoing maternal and newborn assessments, monitoring for changes and responding appropriately. Support infant feeding, including breastfeeding and formula feeding, in collaboration with lactation consultants. Provide education on newborn care, maternal recovery, safe sleep, and discharge readiness while promoting bonding and family-centered care. Collaborate with OB, pediatric, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. This role requires a current RN license and one year of relevant experience, with a 7pm-7am shift including weekend and holiday rotation.
