Registered Nurse, Womens Services

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on a 6-bed Women's Services unit. Administer medications, collect specimens, and perform clinical treatments while documenting all interventions. Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physician, and family. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Provide patient and family education based on age, culture, and condition, and advocate for physical and emotional well-being. Coordinate patient transfers, discharge, and referrals across disciplines. Full-time nights 7p-7a schedule required.
