Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process on a 6-bed Women's Services unit. Administer medications, collect specimens, and perform clinical treatments while documenting all interventions. Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physician, and family, assisting with activities of daily living including hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharge, and psychosocial support, while evaluating learning needs to provide tailored education. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of critically ill patients. Full-time nights 7p-7a schedule required; RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications mandatory.
