Registered Nurse, Womens Services (RN)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on a 6-bed Women's Services unit. Administer medications, collect specimens, and perform clinical treatments while documenting all interventions. Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physician, family, and patient. Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines for transfers, discharge, and referrals, while evaluating and providing education to patients and families. Advocate for physical and emotional well-being. Requires RN license, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 12 months, and ASLS preferred. Full-time days schedule at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY.
