Job Summary
Manage women's services activities, workflow, and nursing resources while collecting and analyzing health data to develop individualized care plans for women and newborns. Coordinate care delivery, evaluate progress toward outcomes, and communicate with families and healthcare providers to ensure safe, family-centered practice. Serve as a role model, change agent, and mentor while applying evidence-based nursing standards to improve quality of care. Works in a constant state of alertness, performing duties on night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing

- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy Pediatrics (AAP)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Essentials - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)
