Job Summary

Develop and implement individualized plans of care for women and newborns by analyzing health data and coordinating delivery within a family-centered framework. Evaluate progress toward measurable outcomes, apply evidence-based practice standards, and communicate safely with families and healthcare providers. Serve as a role model, change agent, consultant, and mentor while maintaining constant alertness and ethical decision-making in a safe environment. Manage women's services workflow and nursing resources to ensure quality care aligned with department scope of service.

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing

  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, gripping and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
