Job Summary
Manage women's services activities, workflow, and nursing resources while collecting and analyzing health data to develop individualized care plans for women and newborns. Coordinate care delivery, implement health teaching strategies, and evaluate progress toward expected outcomes within a family-centered framework. Serve as a role model, change agent, consultant, and mentor to women, families, and healthcare professionals by applying evidence-based practice and ethical decision-making. Collaborate with community stakeholders and maintain constant alertness while performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy Pediatrics (AAP)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Essentials - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
