Job Summary
Provide specialized Women's Health nursing care in a GYN unit, developing and documenting individualized care plans using evidence-based practices and collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. Engage in unit huddles, process improvement projects, and continuing education while maintaining certifications and competencies. Participate in Mercy's RN Residency Program and may float to other units as patient needs demand. Strong emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care with opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and benefits for staff working 32+ hours per pay period.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact license
- Experience: Previous RN experience required; Women's Health experience preferred but not mandatory
