Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within Women's Care and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and guide individualized specialty education through Clinical Educators. Ensure safety and quality at the point of care while adhering to AWHONN and AACN practice standards. Requires state licensure as an RN with six months of Women and Infants experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion. Full-time rotation includes day and night shifts with a 72-hour pay period.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
- Day and Night Rotation
- Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
