Job Summary
Float between Peds/PICU, Mother/Baby, and NICU units at Edward Hospital in Naperville and Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst. Provide critical care for pediatric and neonatal patients during night shifts from 7 pm to 7:30 am, including rotating weekend and holiday coverage. Maintain current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Earn hourly pay ranging from $36.00 to $55.80, with a new minimum of $37.25 effective October. Full-time 36-hour schedule offers premium pay eligibility, tuition reimbursement, and access to eight acute care hospitals within Endeavor Health's integrated system.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of PICU and NICU experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current BLS Certification issued by either American Heart Association
- Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within six months of start date into position
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position
- Nights 7 pm-7:30 am
- Rotating weekend and holiday rotations
