Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care for Women and Family patients in the Women and Family department per established policies and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans; document and communicate patient condition; act as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care; note and carry out physician and nursing orders; assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN in Texas
- BLS Provider Certification (within 30 days of hire)
- RN credential from Texas Board of Nursing
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification preferred
