Job Summary
Provide direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing needs. Perform phlebotomy procedures including venipuncture and capillary puncture, then collect and handle blood specimens for laboratory analysis. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records while educating patients and families about their health conditions and treatments. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols, infection control policies, and regulatory standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, valid RN license in Abu Dhabi, phlebotomy certification, and minimum two years of nursing experience with phlebotomy skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Abu Dhabi
- Certification in phlebotomy
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with phlebotomy skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
