Job Summary
Lead the care team to ensure high-quality service for residents and families by completing pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents. Follow up on physician's orders, work with the Assisted Living Director on admissions, and provide ongoing staff training. Maintain clinical systems with accurate data entry and ensure survey readiness while communicating professionally with residents, including those with dementia. Perform additional tasks as needed to support the leadership team's mission of serving neighbors and making a meaningful difference.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota
- Able to critically think and problem solve
- Strong leadership skills
- Positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus
