Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity at Encompass Health in Canal Fulton, OH. Provide individualized, compassionate care to support patient recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure exceptional care. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, support fellow staff with complex needs, and celebrate patient milestones. Utilizes technology to facilitate recovery and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- CRRN certification preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
