Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity at Encompass Health in Trenton, TN. Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care. Build relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery, serve as a resource for fellow staff, and contribute to achieving positive patient outcomes. Requires active RN license; CPR certification; ACLS/CRRN preferred; rehabilitation experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license (as required by state regulations)
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
