Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity with Encompass Health in Halls, TN. Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supervise care, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, support fellow staff with complex patient needs, and celebrate patient milestones. Requires an active RN license and CPR; ACLS and CRRN preferred; one year of rehab hospital experience preferred. Focus on compassionate, individualized support and leveraging technology to aid rehabilitation goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
