Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, addressing patient concerns, building meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborating effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care, serving as a resource for fellow staff, and celebrating patient milestones and recoveries. Utilize specialized skills to support rehabilitation goals and leverage available technology to enhance patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
