Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity at Encompass Health in Troy, OH. Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to support patients’ recovery. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care, serve as a resource for staff, and engage with patients and their families to facilitate rehabilitation progress. CPR certification required; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred; one year of rehab hospital experience preferred. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time role.
Required Qualifications
