Job Summary
Registered Nurse role providing direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, addressing patient concerns, and collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, support fellow staff with complex patient needs, and celebrate patient milestones as part of a compassionate, technology-enabled rehabilitation team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license (required by state regulations)
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
