Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care as part of an inpatient rehabilitation team. Lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, facilitate coordinated care across departments, and serve as a resource for fellow staff while celebrating patient milestones. Utilize specialized skills to guide patients along their path to healing in an environment equipped with advanced technology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
