Job Summary
Provide safe and quality nursing care for surgery patients through the surgical continuum. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge, assisting ophthalmologists during procedures, and documenting patients' conditions. The RN serves as a patient advocate, ensures patient safety, and maintains a sterile environment. Required qualifications include RN licensure in Oregon, ACLS certification, and relevant surgical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN Licensure in good standing in the State of Oregon
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- A minimum of two 2 years of pre/post operative or operating room experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center setting
