Registered Nurse: West Mifflin

Home Health RN provides one-on-one patient care in a home health setting. Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families. Perform treatments including IV starts, chest tube management, and wound care. Educate and empower patients and families on managing health conditions and building confidence in self-care. Utilize strong clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes. Maintain the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and set a flexible schedule.
