Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents with complex needs, including enteral feeding, catheter and bowel care, and ventilation support. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop, implement, and review individualized care plans. Manage medication oversight and provide clinical guidance to supervise care staff and ensure safe, compliant, person-centred care. Operate as the sole RN on site at times with high autonomy, maintaining strong accountability across NDIS and professional nursing standards. This role offers flexible shifts, salary packaging up to $18,550, and free on-site parking within Wesley Mission Queensland's Supported Disability Accommodation team.
Required Qualifications

- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated clinical nursing experience
