Registered Nurse

Assess and plan individual treatment programs, administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed. Count controlled substances and implement clinical aspects of care per established policies. Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form, attend mandatory staff meetings, and communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel. Work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and activities while ensuring optimal outcomes through excellent communication and critical thinking.
