Registered Nurse Wellness Director (No More Weekday Call Duties)

Lead clinical care for residents within your community by conducting assessments, developing individualized service plans, and monitoring condition changes to coordinate appropriate interventions. Provide clinical guidance to caregivers, oversee medication administration and documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting resident safety. Coach and support the care team through training on clinical practices, best practices, and resident needs to foster a collaborative environment. Partner with hospice, therapy providers, physicians, and pharmacies to coordinate comprehensive services and ensure smooth transitions during hospitalizations or discharges. Build lasting relationships with residents and families to advocate for their preferences and communicate care needs clearly. No weekday on-call; weekend coverage occurs approximately once every 7 weeks with a $500 stipend. $90,000 base salary plus quarterly bonuses. Active RN license required with preferred experience in assisted living or memory care.
