Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor (RN)

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements. Provide support to residents and families while answering their questions and requests. Implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe, clean environment and monitor confidential information processing. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperation among health care teams. Establish a compassionate environment by ensuring resident confidence. Maintain a strong, positive presence as a Team Director for all staff members. Requires a valid RN license, minimum three years in Long-Term Care, and familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs.
