Job Summary
Conduct rounds to observe, assess, document, and report resident conditions while administering prescribed medications. Ensure care plan implementation, perform narcotic reconciliation, and initiate incident or accident reports per facility policy. Discharge residents and communicate status updates to resident point of contact. Oversee aides and complete nursing assessments for physician calls. Identify significant resident condition changes and take necessary action per policies.
Required Qualifications
- Has completed a RN program at an accredited vocational school, college, or university
- Must be an active Registered Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing
- Must be able to lift 1-25 lbs
- Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to carry 1-25 lbs
- Must be able to carry 25-50 lbs
