Registered Nurse - Weekend - Emergency Room

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for designated patients in the Emergency Room, synthesizing data to optimize outcomes based on ANA standards and evidence-based practice. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to proactively resolve patient needs, while coordinating education for patients and families throughout the treatment course. Direct and manage patient care by delegating tasks based on team member skills, acuity, and time availability, while mentoring new colleagues and interns. Maintain clinical competency and participate in performance improvement processes to support unit and hospital goals.
