Job Summary
RN role located in the Jefferson City, MO area. Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing nursing care, nursing services and health education for nursing home residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Supervises nursing care provided by nursing assistants and others, assigns work, coordinates nursing care, administers and documents medications/treatments per physician orders, conducts nursing assessments, communicates changes in resident status, and develops care plans. Requires an active state RN license; CPR certification; experience in gerontological/long-term care nursing is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN).
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Experience: 2 years in a long-term care setting preferred
