Job Summary
On Call Week Night Registered Nurse (RN) handles nursing care per physician orders, with responsibilities for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating total patient care and nursing plans. Scheduled for patient visits during weeknights and weekends; may resolve issues by phone and must be available for after-hours and weekend work. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the operating state is required. Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
