Job Summary
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support resident care plans while leading CNA staff and promoting safety. Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for residents. Requires an active RN license in Wisconsin and strong communication skills. Full-time and part-time AM, PM, and NOC shifts available with up to $47.58/hr, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles and $3.00 shift differential. New graduates encouraged to apply.
