Job Summary
Provide home health care to patients and families, focusing on preventing disease, promoting health, and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Supervise LPNs and HHAs. Requires one year of acute care experience and home health experience preferred. Full-time or part-time schedules between 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Salary ranges from $86,000 to $129,000 based on hours worked.
